you must first fill out and submit the entry form below and mail a fee of $180 per team to:

Any question or comments:
I understand, in my role as manager, I am responsible for providing my team members with copies of information send by the race directors. I will ensure all runners for this team sign the required waivers, and they understand the official rules governing the relay. I have also gone over the rules and regulations of the event and understand that if my team violates any rule we may be automatically disqualified.

I understand and am willing to comply with the the rules and will send in the fee of $180
